Microchip Manufacturing Applications for Our Pumps
The process of constructing microchips is highly sensitive. Foreign objects cannot be allowed to corrupt the “clean” environment needed to manufacture these components. Centrifugal pumps constructed from Natural Kynar are ideal for super sensitive applications where even a trace of foreign matter is unacceptable.
Our pumps are designed to generate up to 82 gallons per minute at 40 feet, with a maximum head of 85 feet. The TE-7.5K-MD Magnetic Drive Pump has pumped solvents and acids such as formaldehyde, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, and sulfuric acid. Our pumps are reliable, even in the harshest environments.
