Battery Manufacturing Applications for Our Pumps
The mass production of batteries requires the use of caustic solvents and acids. Mag drive pumps are required to transfer and evacuate chemicals used during the process. March pumps are designed to complete these tasks easily and quickly, as well as supply solvents at precise temperatures and flow rates.
Our pump models for battery manufacturing are built to tolerate caustic liquids like acetic and citric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid. Flow rates can reach a maximum of 200 gallons per minute at 70 feet with a shutoff head of 160 feet.
