TE-5M-MD 1Ph Magnetic Drive Pump
March Pump’s industrial TE-5M-MD is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for marine systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 17 gallons per minute at 4 feet, and its maximum head is 29 Feet (12PSI). The pump is Ignition Protected per SAE J1171 and ISO 8846, and has extended run dry protection thru the use of a carbon bushing. It is capable of 50,000 BTU a hour.

March Pump’s industrial TE-5M-MD is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for marine applications. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 17 gallons per minute at 4 feet, and its maximum head is 29 Feet (12PSI). It is capable of 50,000 BTU per hour. The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Noryl, Polypropylene, Carbon, Viton, 316 Stainless Steel, Ceramic, and Ceramic Magnet. The inlet connection is 1 inch female pipe thread, and the outlet is 1/2 inch male pipe thread. The standard motor is a 1 Phase 60 hertz 115/230V and 50 hertz 110/220V 0.2 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. There are performance differences between the hertz options. The pump can be purchased with the motor’s standard conduit box, a 72 inch cord and 115V plug, or a 72 inch 230 cord. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 50PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 190 Fahrenheit or 87 Celsius.
The pump is Ignition Protected per SAE J1171 and ISO 8846. The impeller has a carbon bushing allowing the pump to run dry longer before suffering damage.
