893-16 Brushless 24V DC IP55 Pump
March Pump’s industrial 893-16 is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and heat transfer. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 2.7 gallons per minute at 1 foot, and its maximum head is 10.6 Feet (4.5PSI). The pump is a 893-12 but with a cap over the rear of the motor, resulting in the pump being designated IP55.

The 893-16 has pumped many chemicals. The 893-16 may have been modified to handle certain chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. March Pump’s industrial 893-16 is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and heat transfer. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 2.7 gallons per minute at 1 foot, and its maximum head is 10.6 Feet (4.5PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Noryl, Polypropylene, Carbon/Teflon, Buna N, and Stainless Steel. The inlet connection is 3/8 inch female pipe thread, and the outlet is 3/8 inch smooth. The standard motor is a 0.006 Horsepower 12V DC Brushless Motor. The motor and cap is IP55. The 24 Volt Motor has an operating range from of 8.5 Volts to 28 Volts. Above or below this voltage range, the motor will not operate. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 50PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 190 Fahrenheit or 87 Celsius. The March 893-16 centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
